Custom components for injection moulding are developed with the purpose of optimising the injection moulding process for operators and technicians both in regards to installation, production, repairs and maintenance.
Stairs for Material Feeding
The stairs are mounted directly onto the injection moulding machine and grants the operator access to the material hopper, which is particularly useful during exchange, reapirs and maintenance of the screw drive as well as surveillance, refilling and adjustment of material feeding.
Brackets for the an additonal control panel and tool boxes can be mounted to increase the operator’s flexibility and thereby improving the efficiency of the injection moulding process.
Material Arm
The Material Arm is connected to the material hopper or autoloader, and can be adjusted according to the screwtravel and material compartment. In productions with frequent exchanges of moulds and screw drives, the material arm reduces transition times by facilitating a more smooth and less hasteful set-up.
The arm is scalable in length and height so that it can be applied to a variety of injection moulding machines and screw settings.
Static Discharge Station for Granulate Containers
Many of our clients report that their operators have experienced electric shock in various degrees from handling granulate containers, that are used for master batch material feeding. The Static Discharge Station removes electrically charged particles from granulate containers and thereby reduces the risk of injuring operators on the production floor.
Transportation Wagon for Granulate Containers
Some granulate containers weigh up to 100 kg or more. They can be very hard to maneuver and pose a potential risk of causing long-term hip and back injuries to operators, therefore it is sensible to handle the containers using a transportation trolley as the one developed by Allesoe.
